Can I order without chilli?
Level 0 Original is designed with no added chilli. Cross-contact controls still require verification for allergies or sensitivities.
Is MetaBox halal certified?
Not yet. Halal certification has not been confirmed, so we make no halal claim.
Can I order online?
Online ordering is under development and is not yet accepting orders.
Will you offer delivery?
Delivery is planned, but coverage and fees are unconfirmed.
Are the poster prices final?
No. All poster prices are concept estimates until costing and taste tests are approved.
What if I have a food allergy?
Final recipes and allergen labels have not been verified. Do not treat concept descriptions as complete ingredient declarations.
Can I customise my order?
Yes, where a dish offers it: heat levels 0–4 on selected food, a choice of sauce on the quesadilla and the garlic cheese balls, and 25–100% added sweetness on drinks.
Which payment methods will you accept?
No online payment is live yet. When ordering opens, QRIS payments will be processed by a licensed payment provider and count as paid only after our system verifies them.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once ordering opens, you can ask to change or cancel an order before preparation starts. The details are on the Cancellation, Refund & Complaints page.
